CoffeeSights.com launches as a market intelligence platform for the global coffee industry

For Immediate Release

ITALY — September 15, 2026 — CoffeeSights.com launched today as a market intelligence platform for the global coffee industry, translating industry complexity into structured, forward-looking signals for decision-making across coffee, machines, pricing and consumer experience. CoffeeSights is incubated by CoffeeBI.com, a leader in coffee business intelligence with more than 10 years of experience in the coffee and coffee machine markets.

The platform combines primary trade and industry data on consumption and segments, alongside broader bottom-up datasets — such as outlets — drawn from other sources, all cross-checked against each other and reviewed by people with direct industry experience — positioning CoffeeSights as a primary source rather than an aggregator of figures already published elsewhere.

CoffeeSights is organised around five areas: Coffee market data, Coffee Machines, out-of-home pricing through GCCP, consumer-facing insight through BrainMood, and industry news through the Press Room. Each area is designed to move beyond a simple dashboard, connecting data points into context that can inform business decisions.

Why now

The coffee industry generates a large volume of data across trade reports, company disclosures and market pricing, but that information is scattered across many sources and rarely connected. CoffeeSights was built to close that gap, combining top-down trade and industry data — from the International Coffee Organization, Eurostat, UN Comtrade, national statistics and industry associations — with bottom-up datasets built from consumption, facilities and installed base, then cross-checked between the two.

Artificial intelligence supports this process by helping connect and cross-analyse larger volumes of data more quickly, and by keeping the analysis current as markets move. The company describes the technology as a tool rather than the product itself: deciding which signals are reliable, and what they mean for a specific business, remains a human, expert-led judgment. Full methodology details are available on the Methodology page.

What's next

CoffeeSights plans to expand its datasets and add new analysis layers in the coming months. Updates and new releases will be published in this Press Room and are available via RSS.
